Founded in 1974, Kopas is the creator of leading brands in the field of cosmetics and personal care products. Producing solutions for the needs of consumers throughout Turkey and the world, Kopas has more than 1300 product types that are responsive to human health and the environment.

Kopas Cosmetics is the creator of well-established brands within the baby care, beauty products and professional hair product market, and undertake the sales and distribution activities of many international brands in Turkey. The company has successfully taken its place in the industry for more than 40 years. Headquartered in Maslak and its production facility in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zones, Kopas Cosmetics manufactures the productions of many well-known brands, such as Dalin, Bebedor, Dr. Beckman, Humana, and Sesu.

Succeed Together With KOPAS?

Kopas Cosmetics is the pioneer of innovations and developments in the sector with its products that focus on quality and appeal to consumers of all ages and from all segments. Therefore, one of the project goals of the company was to increase business performance by starting to benefit from process simplifications and successful applications in the sector as early as possible with this transformation.

We started the project with the kick-off meeting on 27.01.2021 and initiated the Project Analysis. We made adaptations on the SAP S/4 HANA Platform according to industry needs and taking into account the Best Business Processes.

In this period, we analysed business processes, industry-specific requirements and integrations between SAP and other 3rd party software solutions (NETLOG, MAP and BİLGERA) and made related improvements.

The project lasted for 12 months. It went live on 31.12.21, without any interruption, and with the dedication of both teams and their efficient work.
