
After the needs were identified by creating and detailing process maps with MBIS Activate
methodology, Çamsan Ordu, which was using non-SAP® ERP systems and customized software, started
the SAP® S/4HANA Project on 1 April 2020.
While some of the unit tests, integration tests, and user training took place on-site, most
of
them realized through digital platforms. Video recordings of remote work were taken and
shared
with relevant users.
The project, which was planned to go live on 1 October, went live on 1 January due to the
company's request for support on-site and the intervention of the pandemic.
With the SAP® S/4HANA project, an improved user experience was provided in Çamsan Ordu, and
up
to 50% savings were achieved in data storage which was developed with the best practices.
With the successful structuring of finance and cost accounting modules, the infrastructure
to
achieve a reduction in institutional costs has been established.
Çamsan Ordu, which digitized all its processes, was provided with 1-month live transition
support after the project.
With the SAP® S/4HANA project, Çamsan Ordu achieved improved user experience and savings of up to 50% in regards to data storage developed with best practices.
