About Aksular Group

The foundation of AKSULAR Group dates back to 1971 in the Sungurlu district of Corum. The company was the dealer of Goodyear and Turk Tractor, leading companies of today's automotive sector.

In 1996, Ahmet Aksu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of existing companies, got into the food sector with Frito-Lay in Corum. While he was the distributor for Central Anatolia Region of the leading companies in Turkey, such as Dr. Oetker, Eczacıbası, Kebir and Marmarabirlik companies, he entered the food industry in the Corum Organized Industrial Zone through using the latest technologies and equipment from all over the world.

Flavour Journey of Aly: Aksular A.Ş Bakery Factory started to produce its first products under the Aly brand with the production of lavash (tortilla) and phyllo dough for baklava/pastries. The factory, which has continuously expanded its product portfolio since the day it was founded, has provided products with the highest quality in a very short time, including desserts, phyllo dough, yufka, Turkish ravioli and cookies. It has the highest capacity in Turkey for the production of all these foods. Aly is a brand that stands for quality, human health, hygiene, sanitation and high technology. It aims to bring traditional tastes to your kitchens, with the idea that the best taste comes from quality. The Aly brand, which set out with the motto "The Land of Traditional Flavors," aims to present the best flavors with the highest quality.

How We Succeeded
Together with Aksular Group

Having conducted a project kickoff meeting and an analysis on April 09, 2021, the SAP S/4HANA Project started remotely and on-site. We made adaptations to the SAP S/4 HANA Platform according to the sector's needs, taking into account the Best Business Processes.

We have increased traceability by production capacity planning, design of production confirmation processes, raw material consumption and lot tracking. Also, we accelerated production and shipment processes with the use of data labeling and mobile devices.

The project was successfully went live on 01.03.2022.

Besides Aksular Group Company, located in the Corum Organized Industrial Zone, Aksular Gıda is also the first company to start using SAP in Corum.
