Our services include Process Consulting, a stage independent of the project; and High Level Modelling, which constitutes the first step of the projects we realize on our own.
During Process Consulting, we examine the client’s processes and sub-processes with their own language and terminology. During this stage, which takes 6 to 8 weeks and where no software is discussed, the MBIS Process Consulting team works with the client’s upper and middle management to determine the process scope of future ERP, CRM and similar projects, allowing the client to start the project with the right steps.
The first step of the SAP projects MBIS realizes independently is High Level Modelling, carried out by the Process Consulting team and constituting one of the most significant services that distinguish MBIS from the rest of the industry. At the start of the project, the team of consultants spends a few weeks with the client’s upper and middle management to work on the processes at a high, refined level without going into technical detail, which allows the expectations of the management to be better articulated and understood and overcomes the difficulty of continuous management participation requirement throughout the length of project. As this helps define the scope of the project better and more accurately, it allows the project to go beyond superficial adjustments that will satisfy the expectations of the basic users and to achieve results that will improve the processes, increase efficiency and create value in a real sense.
