About The Project

In KİPLAS (Turkey Chemical, Petroleum, Rubber and Plastics Industry Employers’ Association) Occupational Health and Safety Good Practice Awards, PETKİM Petrokimya Holding A.Ş. was the first with the COVID-19 Workforce Management Dashboard as a result of the evaluation made by the jury members.

Project Goals

After the vaccine/disease information was provided by the human resources department,
the project started with data modeling and visualization studies on BO.
The project goals were:

  • Covid-19 Vaccine follow-up
  • Keeping the data of patients who have had Covid-19
  • Contact tracing
  • The risk-free setting of on-site work plans
  • Creating a maximum level of safe working space without risking employee health

Results

  • By reducing the workforce, employee health checks are provided faster and safer from a single screen.
  • Decisions that concern on-site working were taken in line with the health dashboard.
  • By looking at the processed health data, the work calendars were checked.
  • Progress was made with procedures suitable for occupational safety and health.
  • The risk in the workplace was kept to a minimum.
